The text of this evening's robo-call -- Monday, Mar. 31, 2014

Hello Marshall families,

We have just a couple of quick announcements for you this evening, so please stay on the line to find out what's happening at Marshall.

First of all, there will be no PTO meeting on Wednesday evening, April 2nd, in order to enable all of our students and families to attend the first annual Flagstaff Community STEM Celebration at the NAU Skydome that night.  The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 PM and will showcase all of the science, technology, engineering and math happening in FUSD and all around the city of Flagstaff.

AIMS and Stanford 10 testing are right around the corner.  The first day of testing will take place at Marshall on Tuesday, April 8th.  Remember, achievement testing is our Game Day and you can help your child be prepared for their tests by encouraging them to be both present and positive on test days.  A healthy breakfast and a good night's sleep will also pay dividends when it comes to doing our best on our tests.  Testing will conclude for most students on April 17th.

Finally, please consider attending our upcoming Science and Site Council meetings on Tuesday, April 8th.  Science Council will meeting in the Science Lab at 4:00 and the Site Council will meet in the Library at 5:00.  We hope to see you then.

Have a nice evening, everyone.  As always, if you missed any portion of this message, the text can be found on our Facebook page or on the school blog, www.marshallmagnetschool.com.

Goodbye.
