The text of Sunday evening's robo-call

Hello Marshall families,

Last week's 27th annual Marshall Science Fair was a huge success thanks to your overwhelming support and participation.  We had over 250 projects on display in the cafeteria, more than ever before, as well as a large number of notable projects proudly bearing first place ribbons at Thursday evening's well-attended open house.

Next week, The week of February 24th, also promises to be a busy one around Marshall School.  On Monday evening at 5:30, our kindergarten Suzuki violin students will perform at Coconino High School in the mini auditorium.  Our first and second grades will do the same at 5:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday evening respectively.  We hope you will plan to attend if you have a child in our Suzuki program.  The doors to the mini auditorium, located on the southside of the high school campus, will open at 5:30 all three nights.

Be sure to tell all your friends with small children that our annual Kindergarten Registration Night will take place here at the school on Wednesday, February 26 from 4:30 until 6:30 PM.  All of our kindergarten teachers along with their classroom assistants, the school nurse, and the front office staff will be on hand all evening long to help our new families register their young ones to start kindergarten at Marshall this August.  Anyone who wishes to have their child attend Marshall as a kindergartener should attend our registration night on Wednesday.

Finally, please make plans to visit our school book fair during Parent Teacher Conference week, March 10 through 14.  Mr. Pinn, our librarian, would like you to know that if you would like to volunteer at the book fair, please contact him through the school office to sign up for a time.  All parent volunteers will earn scholastic dollars which can be spent at the Fair to purchase books and materials for your children's classroom.

Thanks for listening, everyone.  As always, if you missed any portion of this message, please visit our Facebook page or the school blog at www.marshallmagnetschool.com to read the text of this update online.
